Noel Clarke who has been in the construction industry since the 1960's has worked in Ireland and England in a variety of commercial and residential projects. The current managing director, Noel M. Clarke, is a Chartered Building Surveyor and has previously worked in Dublin and with the Japanese company Taisei and Turkish company TAV in Qatar. 590 Developments continues to benefit from the experience and professionalism afforded by the family at the heart of this construction company.
